Jeremiah was referred to as the weeping prophet in Israel. He saw a lot of failures in the system. He often times saw the evil coming and warned the children of Israel about it but they did not hearken to his words. They maltreated him and threatened to kill him. Everything he spoke about eventually came to pass at the time king Nebuchadnezzar came to invade Jerusalem.

Date: Sunday 10th February 2013;Text: Exodus 20:23;Song: “Come let us worship and bow down”
Prophetic word: There is somebody here asking God some questions. And as we have prayed, the Lord shall give you the answer in Jesus name.
We continue our teaching on the subject: “Living by the prophetic light”. We take our reading from Exodus 23:20.
God has not left us without a direction. Jesus says “…I will not leave you comfortless.. I will send you a comforter”. In the Greek,the word “comfortless” means one who is helpless. This comforter speaks of the Holy Spirit. I want to emphasize to us today about the keeping power of the Holy Spirit.
